Areas Where We Can Help

Visit USA

Nonimmigrants apply to go to the U.S. on a temporary basis on either a B-1 Visa for business (eg. attending conferences, business meetings) or a B-2 Visa for pleasure (e.g. for tourism, or visiting friends or relatives).

Study Abroad

The F-1 Visa (for the academic student) allows one to enter the U.S. as a full-time student at an accredited (U.S. Gov’t approved) college or university. Enrollment must be in a program or course of study that culminates in a degree, diploma, or certificate.

Work Abroad

Once the U.S. employer-to-be submits an H or L petition, and it is approved by the USCIS, the temporary worker may begin employment in the U.S. H1B Visas (for Specialty Occupations) are for college-educated professionals (e.g. software programmers).
